These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.raksasolution.com and the services provided by Raksa Solution. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Raksa Solution provides website design and development, custom software, ERP/CRM, mobile app development, e-commerce, AI chatbots, AI and workflow automation, API integration, digital marketing, graphic design, video creation and business registration assistance. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal, quotation or agreement ("Proposal").
Proposals and payments
- Work begins after acceptance of the Proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Payments are made in milestones as set out in the Proposal. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged in addition unless stated otherwise.
- Delayed payments may pause work and shift delivery timelines.
- Third-party costs — such as domains, hosting, SSL, paid plugins, SMS/WhatsApp/AI API usage, app store accounts and advertising spend — are payable by the client unless the Proposal states otherwise.
Client responsibilities
- Provide content, information, feedback, access and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all content, logos, images and data supplied to us are owned by or licensed to you and do not infringe anyone’s rights.
- Review and test deliverables within the agreed review period.
Changes in scope
Requests beyond the agreed scope are treated as change requests and may affect cost and timeline. We will confirm any such changes with you before proceeding.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you as defined in the Proposal. Raksa Solution retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how, and third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Unless agreed otherwise, we may mention the project type in our portfolio without disclosing confidential information.
Digital marketing and SEO
Search engine rankings, advertising performance and social media reach depend on third-party platforms and many external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, but we follow platform guidelines and industry best practices.
AI features
AI-powered features rely on third-party models and services and may occasionally produce inaccurate output. We design AI features with safeguards and human review where appropriate; clients are responsible for how AI outputs are used in their business. AI provider usage costs are billed as described in the Proposal.
Warranty and support
We fix defects reported within the warranty period stated in the Proposal. Ongoing maintenance, updates and support beyond that period are available under a separate plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raksa Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit spam, or use the chat assistant for unlawful or abusive purposes. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
